Allen Kintigh
Chairman
Al is also currently Chairman or the Board of Royal Equipment Inc., The Woodlands, Texas. Al was formerly President, COO, and a Board Member of New York Electric & Gas Corporation, and President of Somerset Railroad Corporation. He also served as a board member of Acres International of Toronto, Ontario.
Al holds dual BS degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Eric Kintigh
President / COO
Eric was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Royal Equipment,Inc., The Woodlands, Texas and was President of Ste-Rose Equipment (1996) Ltd., of Montreal, Quebec. Eric also held project management and engineering positions for Sierra Systems Consultants of Las Colinas, Texas; Engineering Planning and Management of Framingham, Massachusetts; and Ebasco Services Inc. of New York, New York.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree through the 'Electrical Engineering Route to Business' program at The University of Texas, Austin.
Maurice Johnson
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Dynaportal Software Company, Maurice served as Division Comptroller for the Oil and Gas Division of American Trading and Production Corporation. He has also held financial management positions with Cabot Corporation; Dixel Resources, Inc. (a subsidiary of Weatherford International, Inc.); and Digital Data Systems, Inc. (a subsidiary of Western Geophysical, Inc.)
Maurice holds a dual major BBA in Economics and Accounting from The University of Houston, and a Texas CPA certificate.
Jeff Backhus
Chief Technology Officer
As DynaPortal's CTO, Jeff oversees our software and hosting operations. Jeff has years of experience in web data processing and development, client server databases, and application servers. Jeff worked previously for the Texas Engineering Extension Service, designing software applications for city, state and county government agencies. He also worked for K2Share Inc implementing learning and course management applications, including Web design and e-commerce products.
Jeff holds an BA from Texas A&M University in Management Information Systems.
Rick Hawley
Business Development
Rick has over 25 years of high technology company experience. His career includes executive management positions with the IBM Corporation and Flextronics. He also has 5 years experience in a venture capital funded nano-technology startup company. Throughout his technology career he has also successfully managed two small business ventures.
Billy Adams
Website Design Services Manager
Billy has been providing leading edge Web design for portals, corporations and community websites for over 10 years as well as 6 years presentation and report design experience. He has also provided several years of project management and training services.
Sean Hunter
Senior Software Engineer
Sean possesses over 15 years experience in web programming and development. Previous positions have included engineering medical diagnosis software for Agfa Medical Inc. and various independent website projects for Canadian companies. Sean manages the technical support for DynaPortal Canada.
Sean holds a Computer/Programmer Analyst Degree from Conestoga College, Canada.
